Fighting COVID-19 without compromising patient care. 

In order to reduce the risk of spreading the virus and in accordance with public health authorities, we are implementing temporary measures that will reduce the need for patients to visit our clinic. This includes shifting non-urgent appointments and providing care utilizing phone calls and electronic communications. Hospitals are also delaying some surgery dates.

If you have an appointment, do not come in person unless instructed by Prism Staff. Instead, remain home and your doctor will call you. They will make every effort to call on the day of your appointment. However, given the demands that are on out team, in some cases it may take up to 2 days longer. To ensure you receive your call, please make sure your phone is enabled to receive calls from numbers with no caller ID.
