About
Dr. Vafaie is an optometrist practicing in the Greater Toronto Area with a special focus on ocular disease management. He received his degree from the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science as well as his Masters of Science in Biochemistry at Western University.
Dr. Vafaie has been actively involved in public promotion of eye health care, giving numerous presentations and talks at public events. Furthermore, he has had the opportunity to supervise and teach clinical techniques to optometry and medical school students.
He also serves on a committee of the Ontario Association of Optometrists tasked with promoting interdisciplinary collaboration amongst health care professionals.
