Dr. CK Boris Wong completed his Doctor of Optometry (OD) at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science followed by residency training in the areas of Corneal Diseases and Specialty Contact Lenses.
About
Dr. CK Boris Wong completed his Doctor of Optometry (OD) at the University of Waterloo School of Optometry and Vision Science followed by residency training in the areas of Corneal Diseases and Specialty Contact Lenses. He is now a leader in fitting specialty lenses for ocular surface disease, corneal ectasia and myopia control. Having served as a clinical instructor at the University of Waterloo managing complex cases, he later opened a specialty contact lens practice in Toronto to manage complex cases closer to home.
He is an active member of the American Academy of Orthokeratology & Myopia Control, and regularly provides consultation to optometrists regarding complex and difficult cases.
He also holds certification in performing minor anterior segment and laser procedures outside the scope of practice available for optometrists in Ontario.
