The best thing we can all do to limit the spread of COVID-19 and save lives is to limit contact between people. To serve our community during this time, Prism will be providing virtual care for all assessments and non-urgent appointments. We have also closed our Brampton Clinic until further notice.
To ensure no eye patient in need is left without care during this crisis, we will accept requests for virtual assessments from any physician, optometrist or patient through our online portal.

Due to COVID-19 your in-person appointment is cancelled. Don’t worry. Your doctor will call you – they will try to reach you on the day of your appointment or within 2 days after. Please make sure you turn off any call blocking so you get their call. Unless specifically instructed, do NOT come to the clinic in person. You will be turned away to maintain safety for you, our staff and the public. Alternatively, you may call us at 905-456-3937, but please keep in mind our call volumes are high and wait times long.
